10 Effective Ways to a Good night's Sleep


1.Avoid watching TV, eating, and discussing emotional issues in bed.
2. The dietary supplement melatonin is an effective sleep aid.
3. A mug of hot milk with a teaspoon of honey added is perfect for some people.
Add a teaspoon of brandy if you like it.
